Kelsie Kay Haskell

Kelsie grew up on CRST and graduated from Cheyenne-Eagle Butte High School. She has one son, Justin, and owns the Kelsie Kay’s Coffee Depot. Kelsie joined the CTC to be a community voice for the youth. She believes that program involvement is important so that kids have opportunities, guidance and a sense of responsibility.
