Jaylynn Farlee

Jaylynn Farlee is from Eagle Butte, SD. She is the Coordinator for the CRST Communities That Care Coalition. This means she works to create relationships between our Coalition and our community and youth so we can serve them to the best of our ability. Jaylynn thinks our vision statement speaks well to what qualities she hopes to see our youth and community portray. One thing she hopes to see throughout her time in this role is for CTC to bring the community together in a positive mindset to promote health and well being for our kids.
